The 2023 Farmhouse BDX Red Blend showcases Milea Estate's mastery of multi-regional sourcing and blending artistry. This Cabernet Franc-forward blend (50% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot) presents a compelling downstate expression, drawing fruit from carefully selected vineyards across Long Island's North Fork and the Hudson Valley. The sandy soils of the North Fork contribute vibrant, fruit-forward characteristics and bright red fruit expression, while the Hudson Valley component provides essential mid-palate weight and structural density.
